Brainwave Entrainment for Calm & Focus
Binaural beats are an auditory illusion created by playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear. For example, 200 Hz in the left ear and 210 Hz in the right. Your brain perceives the difference between these two tones as a third, pulsing beat (in this example, 10 Hz).
This process, known as 'brainwave entrainment', is thought to gently guide your brain activity to match the beat's frequency, potentially helping to encourage specific states like relaxation, focus, or deep sleep.

You must use headphones for this effect.
The illusion is created in your brain by isolating the two frequencies. Using
speakers will mix the tones in the air, which cancels the effect.
